Sunday, July 26, 2015 - A tasty dessert wine. Good tropical fruit, plus some apricot, honey and caramel. We had most of this wine with a pate of pork, duck and goose livers (with a little sauternes included), and it was a wonderful, textbook pairing, reducing the perceived sweetness of the wine and the caramel, in favor of the other component parts. Very tasty.

You can drink now but can definitely age some more.
