Monday, January 1, 2007 - Dark garnet with a narrow paler rim showing just a hint of age, but impressive depth of colour at the core still. Robust, classy, mature nose - lots of floral tones over red fruit and a hint of farmyard. Lovely mouth entry - full yet light at the same time. Rich red fruit and a touch of spice on the mid-palate leading to a fine, long, finish. Very well balanced and perfectly mature. *****
