Friday, July 19, 2013 - Medium/deep ruby core, medium pale garnet rim. Nose is reasonably developed with blackcurrant, gravel, touch of tobacco. Medium/full bodied on the palate, very soft tannins, lovely gravelly mineral undertow to sweet black fruits, a good length sweet, almost toffeed finish. Very attractive, drinking very well and whilst there is no particular hurry I don't think this has the structure for the very long term.
