Wednesday, August 7, 2013 - My first Coravin access. Subdued nose, took about 30 min in the glass to come around. Classic dark nebbiolo fruit, tar, white pepper. Firm angular tannins. Persistent finish that is a bit hot and drying. I can't decide if this would have been better earlier or if it may be on the upslope and just needs a couple-few more years.
