In the end I am not really sure that the wine was well preserved with the device. In any case with each glass I liked it less. Has become increasingly lean, mean, and green. I admire the lack of fluff and the Old World styling but this is just not at all enjoyable. Again, could be the Coravin. Unfortunately I don't have any other bottles of this to find out.
