Sunday, February 7, 2010 - Decanted for 2+ hours, during which it was continuously improving. Fairly dark garnet with brick hues. Intense coffee, black olive, raspberry, currant and green pepper. Mid-bodied, balanced and elegant with soft, fine-grained tanins, nice fruit and high acidity. Very long finish. At its prime. Perfect pairing with roast lamb.
