Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Wines Tasted at HDH Auction (Tru Restaurant - Chicago IL): slightly reductive for the first hour after it was popped-and-poured. With more air this came across as slightly more ripe/ opulent vs typical for Raveneau, but an excellent oystershell, mineral-driven, crunchy finish that really showcases power. Give this more time in the cellar.
