Thursday, February 25, 2016 - PE's Birthday. Pale green-gold colour. Beautiful nose of golden pear, white peach and nectarine, acacia, cashew and touches of honey. Medium weight palate with great length and drive. Remarkably fresh with some development of added complexity. A great Leeuwin chardonnay in perfect shape under cork.
