Still a very dark color with no bricking in the rim. Slightly muted nose of black currant and some cedar. Full to medium bodied, higher acidity than both the 1982 Canon and 1982 Cos d'Estournel and layered flavors covering the palate. This wine is more about taste then smell. Can it need more time after 24 years! I like it a lot.
