Thursday, November 10, 2011 - Five Decades of Leoville Poyferre with Richard Brazier (Handford Wines, London): Dark red core but with brickign on the rim. Classic bdx nose, cedar, fruit, earth. Very delicate yet opened, with lots of finesse. Very well made and a testament to the vintage. Concentrated, alive, some sweet elements on the palate. Very elegant, classical, beautiful but in no way mesmerising. Still will not dissapoint. 93+
