Thursday, November 6, 2003 - Note to self, I should keep a bottle or two of this around if I need to fix the deck. Talk about wood. Wow. Nose reveals wood, lemons, and caramel. The palate follows the nose with caramel, cream, lemons, and wood. I have no idea what food this would pair with. Super sour lemon tart with caramel sauce?
