Sunday, January 27, 2013 - Raisins, cedar, and smoke all alongside balanced tannins. Pleasant acidity and just enough funky earthiness on the nose to keep things interesting. Honestly I was surprised - thought this would be past it's prime but was excellent with Osso buco over Risotto Milanese.
