Monday, May 18, 2015 - Tasty, but no real magic. A little bit of bricking with nice fruit and some spice (trace of cedar/menthol). No complexity, though, and didn't like this as much as other Barbaresco or other Piedmontese wines I've had in the past (which admittedly is not a ton). I would assume a 15yo Barbaresco would have a decent amount of life ahead of it, but this didn't seem to. A little disappointed given that I had high hopes.
