Wednesday, January 28, 2015 - Fully integrated and sophisticated. Had two bottles at table and 2nd was better and would be a 96. I had Schaffer hillside select 2010 the next night and the quilceda creek 2004 was by far a better wine. I went back to the restaurant and bought the last two bottles for my cellar.
