Sunday, December 19, 2010 - Holiday Gathering: Still youthful but the light apple pear fruit is now starting to fade slightly into a deeper more integrated generic fruit/yeasty aroma/flavor. Light and crisp in the mouth with good harmony, elegance and class. Overall, nice wine, excellent seafood accompaniment, upside. Consistent notes from several bottles the last 6 months. Very good range.
