Tuesday, December 15, 2015 - Beautifully aged Modern Classic. Bacon fat, smoke and black pepper prevail. Black fruit and banana skin still present, lurkin' in the background, like a testimony of winemaking in the late nineties. Not at all heavy or obtrusive, great balance. Pure pleasure. Drank the bottle over 5 days... Was holding up great.
