Thursday, January 25, 2007 - Tight, Young beautiful cab that needs some time to have its structure firm up. Huge Jammy nose of sweet maple, currants, cherry and spice. Have to get past the alcohol on the nose on this one, but below it the flavors are gorgeous. Upon entry the wine is slow to open on the palate, but has a plum/cherry characteristic that is wound around a tight beam of oak and spice.
