Monday, May 2, 2011 - Decanted it 3 hours prior to tasting. The nose was classic big australian shiraz big, bold and fruity. The taste the same - yet refined (for an aussie shiraz from barosso..). Taste of blackberries, pepper and licorice. Thoroughly enjoyed drinking this one. Will enjoy drinking the remaining I have at present.
