Double decant for 3hrs. Dark ruby purplish. sweet plum, blackcurrant, leather, pepper, nail polish and spices. Oh man, this is so fine for a Barossa Shiraz, exceptional acidity for the lift and freshness. This has the usual huge concentration of fruits but everything is well in place and focus. The depth and complexity is not top class, but this is a wine that you can swallow. Dark chocolate an spicy infused aftertaste at the long finish.
