Over about a 90 minute period, it smoothed out even more and the fruit came out. Nose was phenomenal, classic Barossa. However, the thing that was missing here for me to give it a higher score was the complexity. Perhaps it was my mood, environment, etc., but this didn't have the layers of complexity that I was expecting based on everything I've read. Was it good, absolutely. But, for the price? Not right now. I have 3 more, so I'll wait another year or so on the next one to see if a more complex profile emerges.
