Sunday, May 25, 2014 - 36th Annual Zinfandel Retrospective - the 2009s (Rich & Dana's): Port-like to start, raisiny and ripe, becoming less port-like as it sits, developing beefy, saline qualities. Has a stewed quality on the palate, along with bouillon and red fruit.
