Monday, January 17, 2011 - Decanted but less time than the last one 2+ years ago to open up. Beautiful nose of classic Brunello qualities with some slight cooked fruit maturity. Great plum and sour cherry with some cocoa on the palate and a rich lingering finish with some slight acidity which helped this pair nicely with italian salami and cheeses.
