Friday, January 23, 2015 - Shy nose, slightly evolved maybe, palate is very distinguished and soft, licorice, black fruit, bacon, smoke, flintstone, some orangepeel, black pepper, dried flowers and blood. Very soft and carressing, soft acidity. Very nice wine, perhaps a little bit far down the evolutionary road.
