Wednesday, August 17, 2011 - Ruby color, restrained black cherry, with subtle herbs, baking spice and long elegant finish. There is a tart acidity, which bodes well for further aging, but the screwcap makes me a bit nervous. Safer to drink now and aerate for a complex drink.
