Sunday, May 29, 2016 - Wow again - this is even better than the last one - all the savoury goodness is still there, but the fruit has come to the fore, one of the rare instances for me that a Cayuse has had more fruit showing than olives or meat - open for business, this will not need much of a decant - incredible meat (liver!) nuances on the sides of the tongue, bewitching finish lingers on and on - rhapsodic stuff!
