Saturday, January 10, 2009 - This is large in scale for Petits Monts, more powerful than usual -- complete with tongue-staining extract -- but with the refined, fine-grained tannin characteristic of the cru. The seasoning segues from obvious oakspice to a more exotic and enticing crusty graham cracker mix of sweet and spicy.
