Saturday, May 14, 2016 - Deep mahogany in color. Fantastic nose of baking spices, apricot jam, some tropical fruits, honey and caramel. A very rich, viscous and unctuous palate follows through with waves of sweet apricot and tropical fruit preserves, light caramel and spicy honey, with good acidity and long never ending sweet and oily finish. Lovely, but I am biased when it comes to the Kracher wines.
