Sunday, March 13, 2016 - Decanted 5 hours. Very smooth, pork and salt on the nose. Palate: first hit with pork chop, then currant, oak and baked apple. Medium finish, good tannin, medium acid. Left one glass decanting overnight and got a little more berry on the palate the next morning. I would drink now.
