Saturday, October 11, 2014 - This is a well aged cab. It is still well structured and well balanced. The fruit is in the background now, but nice secondary notes of chocolate, cedar ... with hints of cassis. The color is still good. This is an elegant wine, but a bit straight forward. (magnum, bought originally from winery)
