Wednesday, March 22, 2006 - This is what shiraz should be. My first bottle of Dead Arm. Opened and left to sit for 2 hrs. Consumed over two days. Dark purple. No evidence of any lightening. Powerful nose full of spice, menthol, blueberries. Very thick almost coating the glass with purple liquid. Deep, silky tannins with loads of black fruit on the palate. Very good.
