Very powerful, wasn't it the Bit 'O Honey tag "a little bit goes a long way", well that's the 01 Dead Arm. Drank with traditional Christmas dinner with honeyed ham, prime rib and turkey. Arm wanted the meal all to itself, and was somewhat an overpowering choice, but in and of itself, very balanced between acid, alcohol, and tannins. Fine grained finish that was memorable.
