Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - Dark red colour with a brickred hue.
Maturity on the nose showing leather, cedar, soil, bay leaves and spicyness. Mellow palate showing maturity with soft tannines and well-balanced fruit and a nice long finish.
Matched the grilled fillet of lamb and halloumi very nicely!
