Wednesday, February 8, 2006 - Wow, this wine is drinking awesome right now. Don't wait any longer if you're holding a bottle. We had it with filets and brocllin slow cooke with hedge hog mushrooms and garlic, with m&ms as dessert. The fruit was somewhat subdued, but the '97 character of sofet velvet came through on the finish. Enjoy it now!
