Tuesday, January 5, 2016 - open for a couple hours then decanted for 3 hrs, and still took half a bottle to begin the evolution into a beautiful light bodied and so perfectly put together wine. Not large in any sense but the balance of flavors/acid and tannin were perfect at the end of the bottle. Not much of the balsamic element, more floral and cherry/strawberry with a touch of tar to add body.
