Sunday, December 27, 2015 - Annual Holiday CDP Tasting (Edina, MN): Dark red color. Decanted for 3 hours; drank 1 glass over 2 hours. Dark berry nose, spice, bright fruit, juicy, earth, the floral element is lurking but there. The palate is dense, full bodied, cassis, raspberry, some blue fruits, a bit sappy, spice, hints of savory, long finish. This is going to be a real honey in ten years. My #4 WOTN.
