Friday, January 4, 2013 - Incredibly sweet attack, powdered sugar in a Margarita. Caramelized apple and pear, flowers, pineapple. Mid-bodied, though seems very light. Loads of acid. Long finish of pineapple coated in powdered sugar. Showing much youthfulness and verve. Quite good.
