Wednesday, January 1, 2014 - This was surprisingly primary for being 10 years old. Fruit is very dark and fresh and it took decanting and warmth to showcase the full expression. Good amount of acid and a bit of tannin, but neither overwhelming. Hold at least 2-5 more years before consuming.
