Saturday, May 24, 2014 - Served slightly chilled. Vibrant bouquet of lemon peel, honeysuckle, apricot, pear, hazelnut and nutmeg. Pear, apricot, lemon, hazelnut and wet stone on the palate leads to a very long, smooth finish. Rich and layered texture with excellent acidic balance. A classic Roussanne and a great white wine. Paired with a crawfish boil.
