Sunday, February 13, 2011 - Decanted for about an hour and drank over the next 2.5 hrs. Dark color and fruit (blackberry & currants), medium to full body, medium acidity, some oak, and a fairly long finish of about 35 secs. What hurt my score for this wine was the quite noticeable alcohol and heat on the finish. Kept it out of balance for me even with some pretty high fruit levels.
