Sunday, December 23, 2007 - Promising stuff, initially. Aussie Shiraz with more than a passing kinship with Loire Cabernet Franc, what with its slight tartness, thirst-quenching acidity, and sleek, civilized black fruit. With time it becomes more taxing to drink, though. The backbone stiffens up and eventually the alcohol becomes too much.
