Sunday, May 27, 2012 - Golden hue. Still takes time to come out of its shell, indicating life ahead of it maybe? So dry! But after a little time in the glass it puts some fat and fruit on that spine of acidity and its precision is awe-inspiring. Lovely wine and so different - must look for more or similar.
