Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Deep garnet. Nose smelled like a new spicy syrah. Initially drank like a barrel sample, all plums, pepper, blackberries. But this was one that changes with a few hours' airing to a more complex, secondary scents, more pepper and fresh herbs.
