The low acidity and all the flavours reminds me of a Hermitage Blanc.
Even if it doesn't perform as it should it is a nice match with the cheese and chark the host bring on the table.

My second premox bottle of this wine in the vintage 2005. 5 bottles have I tried since 2009.
But I've never had a premox 2006 nor 2007. Good to know.
