Friday, September 21, 2007 - Wow, what a fabulously conditioned bottle. The wine tasted so fresh and young and needed a good two hours to open up before revealing the classic and strangely satisfying, slightly oxidized and funky flavors this amazing and unique wine can offer. Wonderful pinpoint concentration on the long, clean, ripe finish with flavors of melon, lemon, tangerine and complex spices. There is just no dry white wine in the world that ages as well as this and I just love the stuff! Should still improve over the next 10-15 years. 94+
