Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - This has aged well.
Showing a dense core of fruit, spice, and some gravel.
This still showed a slightly rough tannic edge which I don't think will integrate further. For those who enjoy a fuller/rougher Aussie syrah, this is your wine. For these seeking something sleek and elegant, pass.
This paired well with a gnocchi bacon broccoli dish, pairing especially well with the bacon.
