Sunday, March 6, 2011 - Drank at a restaurant, so no opportunity for decanting. Expressive nose of peaches and wet stone followed by a delicious, unexpectedly sweet entry and a wonderful, palate-coating mineral texture. Beautiful streak of acidity on the long finish, and a great partner w/our seafood dinner. What a well-balanced and superb effort, with the structure to go much longer in the cellar!
