Sunday, March 22, 2009 - Pale vanilla color. Nose of alpine flowers, almond biscuit, mineral, and apricot. Very harmonious on the palate with a hint of spritz followed by subtle, etched layers of grapefruit, peach, and lime laced with mineral notes and terrific acidic spine. Seamless finish echoing citrus fruit and a bit of grip. Sampled very early but already balanced, aristocratic, and loaded for the long haul.
