90 Points

Thursday, July 23, 2015 - Relatively inexpressive right now, though enjoyable. Concentrated black fruit, garrigue, tea, and black olives on the nose. Medium length with ripe tannins, but the volume is turned down to 50%. A slightly raisiny character I find in some Beaucastels. Not noticeably "hot" but this feels like a powerful wine with a fair amount of alcohol. I'd wait at least 3 years before revisiting.
