Sunday, February 10, 2013 - a pretty deep garnet, tending lightly towards bricking. seduces with elegant fennel, floral notes, tending towards the higher-toned spectrum. still some tannic structure, but really just enough to offer a gentle buttressing to the long, pure focus of this wine. not overly complex, nor a great wine, but still lovely, and right around peak to my taste.
