Full body with excellent underlying structure and acidity, but again, the sulfur is deeply ingrained and gives the wine a hard finish that take away from the overall enjoyment. A shame since this has really good stuffing for a '99 Chablis. It's the difference between the intellectual appreciation of the wine's merits versus the pleasure it actually delivers.
